It is an asset management company led by a team of seasoned finance professionals who are licensed under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap.571) of Hong Kong to carry out the regulated activities Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) with CE No. BRW621.

We continue to maintain the highest utmost standards, while continue to foster close relationships with our clients to ensure effective communications and effectively meeting our clients’ objectives.
MCap strives to be a leading alternative asset management company in Hong Kong, helping professional investors, including but not limited to, high net worth individuals, family offices, financial institutions, corporations, and offshore funds to generate long-term sustainable risk-adjusted returns.
We provide investment advisory service to institutional clients such as family offices, private bankers and/or high net worth clients in Hong Kong. Hong Kong is our principal place of business.
Management Service We provide a full fledge of segregated and discretionary portfolio management services to high net worth clients, corporations, institutional and/or professional investors.
We are in the process of launching various offshore funds for institutional and/or professional investors. Currently we are managing one Hong Kong listed equity fund and one Pan European credit fund.
Our team consists of professionals with strong research, investment, and operation background from leading financial institutions and corporations.
Mr. WONG has over 19 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is an investment professional with hands-on experience in areas of securities dealing, securities advising, asset management and related fields. Prior to joining MCap, he acted as an Executive Director and Responsible Officer of a type 4 and 9 Licensed Corporation.
Mr. GUAN has over 10 years accounting and investment experience. Prior to joining MCap, he was Head of Research of a global TMT long/short equity hedge fund based in Hong Kong. Before that, he was an auditor covering TMT and Industrial companies.
